Della Williams

Della has been dedicated to cross-cultural community health and social justice work for the last 15 years. She is a proud connector and communicator, bringing a relationship-building approach to all of her projects, spanning fund development and management, strategic planning, team building and facilitation, and equitable grantmaking strategies. Gender rights, community health and environmental justice drive Della's approach to both work and life. With experience in program management, community mobilization, outreach, grantwriting and management, fundraising, strategic planning and data analytics, Della seeks collaborative partnerships to support thoughtful listening and teamwork. 

Della holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in sociology with an emphasis on public health and a Master of Arts from the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies in international development with a concentration in global health affairs. 

When not working, Della is either painting, cooking, dancing to live music, or playing outside with her partner and their two dogs.
