Zane Slacum

Zane has more than 15 years of experience in the social change sector. Having largely worked for under-resourced, and minimally staffed organizations, her various responsibilities have included but are not limited to program director, evaluator, HR specialist, data analyst, operations director, systems developer, and trainer. Zane enjoys working with organizations to examine their structures, systems and culture to ensure that individuals and teams are set up for success to drive toward their collective vision. As a systems-thinker, she is able to make sense and infuse process to ensure that change is holistic, grounded and human-centered. 

Zane holds a Master of Arts in international development from the Josef Korbel School at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in political science and sociology from Santa Clara University. 

Zane lives in Lakewood, Colorado where she spends her free time in the mountains or in her backyard with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
